Start With a Plan

The Best Remodels Begin With a Rock-Solid Plan

At Revive and Rise Remodeling, we believe a successful project is built on precision, quality, and a clear vision. But before our craftsmen can execute a flawless design, every detail must be meticulously mapped out. That is where The Tatted Designer (Ridgeline Design Group) comes in.

We partner with The Tatted Designer because they share our commitment to a seamless, transparent remodeling experience. Led by Shawn Temple, a construction veteran who understands that a plan must be buildable, The Tatted Designer bridges the gap between your dream and our execution.

Trusted Partner

Why We Trust Them

A Design That Can Actually Be Built

A beautiful design is only valuable if it can be constructed in the real world. The Tatted Designer evaluates every product and layout decision through the lens of constructability. They do not just pick paint colors — they engineer solutions.

Construction-Savvy Planning

Shawn Temple's background is on active job sites, not just in a design studio. He knows firsthand how rushed decisions and mismatched products lead to delays and added costs. His plans are designed to be executed smoothly by our team.

Eliminating Uncertainty

The Tatted Designer's Pre-Construction Master Plan provides a complete, build-ready package. From optimized floor plans and material schedules to permitting documentation, every detail is locked in before we begin.

Saving Time & Money

By making all critical decisions upfront, you avoid the costly surprises of mid-project changes and contractor allowances that fall short. "The most expensive remodel is the one you do twice."

Case Study

The Power of Partnership: The Syracuse Project

The true value of our “Start With a Plan” philosophy is evident in the results. A perfect example is our recent collaboration on a major kitchen and living space transformation in Syracuse, Utah.

Before and after comparison of the Syracuse kitchen transformation

Before & After: Syracuse, Utah — Kitchen and Living Space Transformation

The homeowners faced a severely chopped-up layout with an awkwardly placed bathroom in the middle of the main living area. They desired a modern, open-concept space, which required complex structural modifications.

The Strategy

The Tatted Designer

Before we swung a single hammer, The Tatted Designer engineered a comprehensive pre-construction plan. They solved the home's flow issues by relocating the central bathroom to a new private hallway and designing a massive butler's pantry in a new garage bump-out. Crucially, they planned the removal of a major load-bearing wall, ensuring the structural engineering was sound.

The Execution

Revive and Rise Remodeling

With a rock-solid plan in hand, our team could focus entirely on execution. We safely removed the load-bearing wall and installed a massive structural beam, turning a necessary engineering feat into a defining architectural feature. We flawlessly built out the new pantry and bathroom spaces, and installed the beautiful new greige shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, and luxury vinyl plank flooring.

Completed Syracuse kitchen renovation with open concept layout

The Result

The result is a breathtaking, open-concept space that completely redefines how the home lives. Because the structural solutions were meticulously planned before construction began, we were able to deliver uncompromising quality without unexpected delays.
